Your product has been designed to last years when properly cared for but manufacturing defects do sometimes happen. If you have an issue that you believe is a manufacturer defect, please email us and include photos or videos so we can make it right and replace the defective part. Did the garbage disposal chew up your cover or destroy a shape? If you do not see the part listed for sale on our site, just shoot us an email and we will work with you. Our mission is to keep you shakin’ and spreading the love! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos if your product took a beating. We’ve done some pretty extreme testing but nothing can match your real world experience.
The following are not covered by our warranty, but not limited to:
- Dents, scratches, and other conditions to the product that occur over time considered as normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, abusive use, or intentional damage to the product.
- Deterioration of the product arising under exposure to bleach, chlorine or other harsh chemicals.
- Lost or stolen product.
- Parts or products that have been disposed of or lost.
- All incidental or consequential damages that result from user mishandling or other than its intended use in a typical household capacity.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damage occurred prior to or during shipping, please submit photos of the original shipping box, shaker packaging and the damage to the shaker no later than three days after receiving your order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We can not refund your shipping fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
